These Terms govern use of the ALGOTS website and the information and software that ALGOTS provides directly. Products obtained through a third-party marketplace can also be subject to that marketplace's terms and to any product-specific licence terms
Our role
ALGOTS is a commercial brand developed and operated by Alessandro Sais, an Italian self-employed professional. The operator develops software for the MetaTrader ecosystem. Website content describes that software and its operation. It is not personalized investment advice, a recommendation to enter a specific trade, brokerage, portfolio management, custody or account-management service. The operator does not hold client funds or direct client accounts
Products & licences
Software remains protected by applicable intellectual-property law and is licensed, not sold, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer or use ALGOTS software outside the licence granted to you, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by mandatory law
ALGOTS Obfuscator licence activation and periodic validation require internet access and may involve an external licence service, as described in the user guide and Privacy Policy. Product-specific written licensing terms apply where provided
The ALGOTS Obfuscator may be supplied directly by ALGOTS under product-specific written licence terms. Those product-specific terms prevail if they conflict with these website Terms
MQL5 Market products
Munchy EA is intended to be distributed through the MQL5 Market operated by MetaQuotes Ltd. Purchases, payments, activations, marketplace refunds, download availability and marketplace account requirements are handled under the applicable MQL5 Market terms. ALGOTS does not process MQL5 Market payments on this website
Use of MQL5 Market and MetaTrader is also subject to MetaQuotes' own agreements. Availability through MQL5 Market does not override local law or broker restrictions
Your use of the software
You are responsible for installation, configuration, account selection, risk parameters, broker compatibility, technical environment and supervision of the software. You must not use ALGOTS products for unlawful purposes or in a way that violates applicable platform, broker, prop-firm or third-party rules
You must review the Risk Disclosure before using trading software
Software availability & warranties
Software and website content are provided on an "as available" basis. Trading software depends on external systems including MetaTrader, brokers, market data, connectivity and third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every broker or environment, error-free operation, a particular trading outcome or continued availability of any third-party integration
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable mandatory consumer law
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ALGOTS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss of profit, trading losses or losses resulting from market movements, broker execution, connectivity, user configuration, third-party services or use of the software contrary to its documentation
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by mandatory law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for fraud, wilful misconduct or other non-excludable grounds
Third-party names, services & links
MetaTrader and MQL5 are trademarks of MetaQuotes Ltd. References to MetaQuotes, brokers or other third parties identify compatibility or external services only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated
Jurisdiction & local law
You are responsible for ensuring that access to and use of the website and products is lawful where you are located. Mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable rights applicable to you remain unaffected
These Terms and any contract concluded directly with the ALGOTS operator are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of your country of habitual residence, and mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules remain unaffected
